I tried posting a question about general laws on these two topics on another forum, but I didn't get anywhere with it as people were more interested in giving advice about cyberbullying instead of discussing laws (not to mention I felt unwelcomed and one person made me feel dumb). So, I thought I'd try and see if anyone here has any general information on the matter, regardless of country. (At least here I know I'll feel respected). That being said, does anyone know any laws in regards to cyberbullying and outing (the publishing of private messages without consent)?
