It is. IMO someone like that should be watched as sympathiser of these terrorists if they actually think it desirable to do something like that. I won't even talk about how totally OOC for Harry that would be. Honestly, it is nice when you see completely new ideas, seeing how fanfiction mostly repeats the same ones over and over again, but that one is in very bad taste, to put it mildly.

Really don't know. A signed in report would probably be taken more seriously, but with how unreliable FFN is, you never know ...
