YOr move the Story and keep the reviews here., Might be easier that way. You can make a new thread named the same as this, move your story posts to it, then rename this one for reviews Or I could do that. Which I have. Prologue and Chap 1 moved to Queen and Dursleys read (Chapters Only)

If it tells anyone anything ...
I currently have a full page, on Word, in 8-point-type, of the Queen, Amelia, and Thomas having a go at the Dursleys for the cupboard.
JUST the cupboard. *snerk*. They haven't got to the rest yet.

Oh, trust me, folks are going to get their ranty-pants on throughout this story.
And ok, folks, voting time! Lemme know what you think.
SHOULD I bring Snape in? Yes (3 Votes) No (1 Vote) Maybe/Unsure (1 Vote)
If Yes, when? 1) Chapter 3 (when everyone realizes that Harry's life is not a bed of roses and Snape might just need to hear this) (2 Votes)
2) Chapter 5 (Diagon Alley and Malfoy being a twit)
3) Chapter 6 (Hogwarts Express chapter)
4) Chapter 7 (Sorting)
5) Chapter 8 (Potion's Master chapter) (1 Vote)
6) Some other point (Tell me when)

I think chapter three, because Snape does need to hear about Harry's home life.

Hmm, I'm not sure if Snape should be brought in at all... Eh.

I have to put my vote with "No" at this point in time, as he really would not make much impact here other then his annoying bias self...
You could have him make the potions but "Not" know who they are for, just that they needed fresh and top rated potions for Harry. But they would be passed on through Saint Mungos.

They haven't got to the rest yet. *drool* Sounds promising! You know, if it weren't so much fun to discuss with you, I'd be tempted to lock you into your room and force you to just write the story, lol. Really can't wait for more!! Oh, and it probably won't be a surprise, but I can do without Snape. But, on the other hand, him being raked over the coals by the Queen herself for his treatment of students and particularly Harry and Neville has its appeal, too ... *ponders* Well, take it as a 'maybe'. And thanks for separating story and comments, it would get tiring to find the actual chapters with that ongoing discussion.

Remember, she can rake Snape after they finish reading the books too! In fact, it may be better that way.

I put my vote with NO for Snape. Much as I love him, I prefer there to be as few people as possible and he isn't necessary. He'd know about Harry's home life after all this when Child services and the Queen get involved with rehoming Harry (or whatever does happen). That's gotta be big news.

Miss Wings: Well at this point it could be separated by admin, but it would be multi-step'd in order to pull off... Be like a 4 step process and need to be an advanced user of the site, meaning know the in's and out's of it and how to use it's functions. Thanks for that. When I eventually get worked on mine I was thinking of creating a forum just to see the reactions of the story etc before asking PointGiven if I could use this 1. Would rather see what happens first.

I vote Snape just to see what the Queen would do to him. I vote being locked in a tower myself..

I just think if you add one person, it's going to avalanche into adding more and more as they're mentioned. Sirius is already going to join them after the third book.

I voted for Snape because: 1) he was a spy and can explain Deatheaters, ect. the best 2) to learn firsthand so there is no way he can deny Harry's treatment 3) I like redeemable Snape.

I guess, but I also don't like to see him get in trouble, much as he deserves it. his reactions to getting told off are always the same. If he does join then I think it should be in Chapter 3.

Snape and Sirius both there would cause lots of trouble, I believe, and I'd rather have Sirius

Nah. Poor Harry, having to deal with that git when he's barely 7 and doesn't know a thing about what happened? And with no one there he can trust?

Wouldn't he be able to trust Amelia? She's sitting right next to him, and doesn't seem to have her head up Dumbledork's arse.

Maybe, but I still like Sirius more, while I can't stand Snape. Just trying to find some more practical reasons than "I hate that vindictive, petty bully"

Dear Sherza,
This was really brilliant. I love how you make Dumbles look bad, hate him. If you check my story - Preventing Trouble; Reading through Time - you will be shown how much. Only, not yet as I am still trying to perfectly post my stories on this site. Anyway, back to yours, I love it and hope to see more soon. Greetings,

Ok, here's how it's shaken out thus far
No Snape (3 Votes)
Maybe (1 Vote)
Yes (7 Votes) 5 votes for Chapter 3
What I'm planning on doing: Bring Snape in from Chapter 3 - Chapter 8. At the end of Chapter 8 (the Potion's Master chapter), he gets bawled out and sent back home to get his head out of his ass or retire. That gives him five chapters of reading time to see Harry for himself, as well as hear about Harry's home life and how he reacts to his fame, and to hear firsthand about a few of Dumbledore's manipulations.
After that, he stays gone, and we don't get anyone else added in until Sirius, who will come in and stay. (and very possibly try to kill Dumbledore with his bare hands when all is said and done. *snerk*)

Oh, ok, I can live with that, despite my vote was no. I'll survive five chapters with the greasy git. Particularly when I get my Sirius for so much longer. And the plan sounds good. Snape needs someone to tell him that his way of teaching is no teaching whatsoever - badly!
Fine, Sirius can kill Dumbles, and then Amelia can resurrect him and send him to Azkaban, ok? ;D
