Also, I'd suggest spacing out the book parts from the parts where everybody's talking; as it is, it's currently all jumbled together, which makes it unappealing.

i am really starting to love your story i like the way you have both remus and sirius careing for harry instead of pushing one out of the way and making one a focal point like other stories ,please add more harry / ginny moments and that is all i have to say for now

It is definitely a good Rtb, however I couldn't bring myself to continue reading once they had begun actually cursing Dumbledore. I personally disapprove of Dumbledore-bashing. (Except in the AU fictions where he's purposely evil and power-hungry, because that's not real Dumbledore). Still, it's good I can tell, just not something i can bring myself to read without getting overly emotional.

Well to repeat what has beem said, this is a great fic. You write well, grammar is okay (not really watching that so I won't comment but if there would be errors I'd notice and stop reading) and most of all the characters are real. Personally I loved the bits about girls sticking their tongues down Sirius' throat and the Slytherin part - I never have thought Sirius (or James) would've been mad about that since they grew up and weren't jerks. Well, anymore at least.
Also in repeat, waiting for the Potions lesson and really eager for Minnies temper to flare. I will be severely disappointed if that does not happen! And don't tell me if I spelled something incorrectly, please.

I'd forgotton how good this fic is, I've loved rereading it especially the Midnight Duel chapter. I don't remember how many chapter's you had posted on FFN before the story was deleted, are there many more before you get to the new ch's.

I posted up to Erised, but I'm still trying to recover that one. Hope I can because it's a really emotional chapter the kind you can only truly capture once. Still looking in the meantime I'll post what I have, which is up to and through Quidditch.

It's a good story, but I'm still dissapointed since you made the whole troll case sound as if everything was Ron and Harry's fault while Hermione was an innocent victim. Well, to some degree it's true, but I just can't take perfect-Hermione in a story. What she did before that Halloween (like telling Harry she knew everything about him through some stupid books) was not good, but no one ever bottered to point it out. Yes, she was eleven/twelve, but that dosen't make the wrong thing right.

Hermione isn't going to be perfect in my story, because Mary Sues are not my style She will be talked to, but off to the side. Keep in mind, that she has no legit guardian in the room, so her discipline is a touchy issue.

I like the idea you have! It is interesting and attention-catching! About your request for the chapters: you could always open another fanfiction, copy the wanted chapter and delete the other authors's comments.

What I can remember from the Erised chapter is that Harry leaves the others for a while as the reading got a bit too much for him. I can't remember the exact details, but he leaves about half way through the mirror section, but comes back at about a couple of book pages at the end.

McGonagall is there and as she is Hermione's Head of House she is in loco parentis so would handle any discipline.

I hope you continue writing this story even if you can't find the next chapter. At least you only have to rewrite one chapter instead of the whole story, right?

Can't remember how far I have reviewed on FFN, but I am just jumping in with the new chapter after re-reading the whole story.

Still love the whole setting and that Sirius is finally there and can enjoy some freedom, even if it's just in dog form. He deserves some fun.

Oh, Molly's going to be pretty upset when she finds out who Scabbers really was and what happened, as it's obvious the Weasley parents don't know yet. That's going to be fun

Really like your Sirius and Remus. They are supportive and protective, but not overly so for the latter, and they tell Harry these little details, which is so important for him.

Sadly, your story isn't among the ones I could save, but I keep my fingers crossed that you'll find someone who has it. Actually, I went just over the list of saved stories in that other thread, but sadly couldn't find it. But My-Rebel-Within said she has 72 RtB stories saved, maybe you can ask her directly if yours is on the list? Otherwise, I have no idea what to do here.
