Lock him in the chamber with a blind, poisonless basilisk just so that he thinks he has a fighting chance. Then make sure he gets posessed by Tommy, lock the bathroom so even parseltongue can't get him out, watch as his master feeds o. His soul and the basilisk hunts him down.

Or
Enchant the pimp cane to never go near him, and watch him chase it until he dies. After he dies, we give it to Silvertongue. (I wanted to beat him to death with it, but I didn't think Silver wanted Lucy blood on her new cane)
