Carrie by Stephen King is not a horror novel but a tradgedy in order for something to be horrific you must feel a sense of fear,sympathy, and wrongdoing towards the victims but in Carrie no one is sympathetic and all their deaths seem justified there are a few moments when I cheer Carrie on and when dies all I feel is pity
