Okay, now that I've proven I'm still somewhat stalking this site with every fiber of my being despite pulling out of the RTB genre...
This is going to sound really weird but do any of you have any tips for a single person who is about to turn nineteen in September and has never been kissed? Well scratch that, I did have a kiss when I was seven but everyone I tell that to says it doesn't count because well I was seven.

...while I'm thrilled your alive I can't really offer you any tips since I've never even held hands with a boy that way.

*waves* Nice to see you again!
Sorry, not a real advice, either. But I guess you'd have to go out and get to know people first to find Mr Right.

Clean breath! My ex boyfriend breath was the worst, it was hard to kiss him, it was like kissing two day old mac and cheese. It actually made me sick, I always carried winterfresh or some minty gum and mints with me, and shove it in his mouth before I kissed him. Now I'm having flashbacks.

Uh, that doesn't sound like it was fun *shudder*

It wasn't, I asked him do he brush his teeth, he said he does once a week and that is usually on Sundays. I felt disgusted, we was only together for two months when we broke up. I hardly like the smell of mac and cheese anymore.

Once a week?? That guy is a bit too cheap on the toothpaste! He might regret that over time at the dentists ... *eg*

That's disgusting! And I can't really give any advice either...the guy I like is convinced we don't know each other well enough, despite the fact that we've spoken for at least an hour every night since April.

Go on nights out with your friends.

Try trailing a kiss from the cheek the to the mouth very lightly if you're nervous gives you time to focus and time for the other person to pull back if they get uncomfortable

I'm 20 years old, and I've never been kissed. I've never even had a boyfriend. No dates either not even group dates. I'm perfectly happy waiting for the right person. Maybe it's the same with you.

Same here. I'm eighteen years old. I'm my grandparents oldest who hasn't a boyfriend or girlfriend, wait I'll got one older cousin, but unlike me, he has an ex. So annoying.
All the boys I get interested in, they then turn out that they're actually taken. Not that I'm great at advancing at them, but yeah.

Chameleon, you got me beat. All the guys I ended up liking ended up playing for the other team.

I take way too much time to like a guy, and by the time I do, I get stuck in the friendzone, and somehow ended up helping him get a girlfriend... One serious crush... and it ended with me helping him hook up... with someone else..

Ouch. *winces*. That wouldn't be good for my confidence, if that was my case.

*hugs Gnovella* Well, you've got us!
*nods to Chameleon* Yeah, that would explain why I'm not the most confident person in the world. But now I've got awesome gay-dar!

Oh, Gnovvy.. That's the same with me. Not that I help my crushes to get a girlfriend, like you did, but I tend to end in the friend-zone.

Yeah, we don't really talk anymore, and I got over it pretty fast. I still don't know if he ever knew though, since I didn't tell him, but my best friend told his best friend since she was trying to help me out... Ah well! Gay-dars are great! Helps narrow down the choices! I'm posting the prologue to my story, while avoiding Biology! YAY!

My problem is I've only ever liked two guys, and neither of them ever liked me back. The guy I like is such a good friend to me, one of my best, and I'm kind of scared of ruining that, even if he did want to be more than a friend. Plus, he keeps going on about how one of my best friends is the sexiest girl he's ever seen. :/

#1 advice.....Never, ever, EVER kiss your best friend unless you absolutely know that either you will be with them forever or it won't create awkwardness in your friendship. Been there, done that, have the t-shirt and it sucks! He and I don't talk anymore and I haven't seen him in years other than on facebook. Heh, friends on facebook but don't talk. I comment on pics and such, but he ignores them..

no worries here on that end. All my BFF's are of the female persuasion, and the one guy friend I have got snatched up last year by a friend who knew I liked him. Sorry about your awkwardness though. That's got to suck

yeah, he and his brother were really good friends, had known them since I was 12. They stopped hanging out with me when I was 13 (after he and "broke up"...we were 12 and 13). His brother would hang out with me from time to time, but I was alone with no friends until I was 16-17. That was the beginning of my virtual life.

UPDATE!
So a boy I'd been afraid had put me in the friend-zone KISSED me during the replay of last night's presidential debate. You have no idea how weird it is to be kissing a boy and have Mitt Romney talk in the background.

I'm not sure what to say... except why listen to the presidential debate when you could be looking up third party candidates?
...oh, but do you like the boy in that way?

Trilonias: I'm Obama all the way but I wanted to watch the debate to see what the other side would say. ...oh, and yes I do.

Well, nice on the boy front!
I think we'll agree to disagree on the presidential debate front though. But then again, like I said, I don't care for either. Thus, third party!
