Robby grinned back at Rylan, and teased, "Well, you don't get that option anymore, I can't wait to tell Amelia! She'll be delighted after she's done freaking out, and Vicky'll already start planning how to throw the wedding!" As Robby spoke, he got behind a leaner boy, though he didn't pay much attention. If he had, he would have noticed it was Joshua.

Rylan just sighed and shook his head, "Remember Robby, nothing's set in stone yet. Don't get caught up in anything." He was a bit exasperated, but amused at his friends familiar behavior.

"Right," brushed off Robby, as he continued to exchange a flirty smile with a rather pretty blonde girl, "Well, it's not like Amy'll disagree. And even if she does, I can convince her, I think."

Joshau froze as he realised that Amelia's brother had got into the line right behind him, and seemed not to notice him. We're they planning something without her permission? What was this about a wedding?

"Amelia would probably be pretty agreeable once she saw you and your family approved... After all, it's not like she has her sights set on anyone else." Rylan shrugged- he had pretty high confidence that Amelia would agree eventually.

"She better not have her sights on some asshole," muttered Robby, scowling darkly at the idea, before brightening and adding, "Besides, you're normally charming, right? Woo her, she's got no experience with guys anyway, it's easy! I've done it to plenty of girls, want some advice?"

Joshua bit his lip to stop himself from speaking. They were planning on tricking Amelia into falling in love with somebody so that they would get married? He had to do something... Amelia was his friend, he couldn't let her be tricked like that.

Rylan smiled again, one again amused. "Give me your best advice." He replied teasingly. He enjoyed watching Robby do what he considered 'Wooing'. Of course, some girls fell for it... but when they didn't, it was quite humorous.

"Alright, first off, don't call them darling or sweet upon meeting them, some slap you for it," said Robby seriously, "Especially if they're already betrothed or besotted. However, compliments are a must! If you give a girl a light compliment, she loves it! Shower her in them, but be careful, it can lead to them getting suspicious. Also, make sure her brothers and lover is nowhere nearby, but that's not a problem, Amelia doesn't have one, and I'm vouching for you. Third, describe your heroic feats. That may be a problem since the last heroic feat you probably did was rescue a turnip from falling off your stupid cart. But now you're a Witch Hunter, so tell her that, she'll love it!"

Joshua now had to stop himself from laughing. He was sure that Amelia would just be swept of her feet by a witch hunter. They were moving completely in the wrong direction, and he wasn't going to tell them otherwise.

Rylan managed to keep a straight face as he nodded very seriously to each piece of advice. "That Turnip had been a damsel in distress, mind you. It had been screaming it's poor little head off before I helped it." Inwardly, he was having a right time laughing. Robby really could get Rylan in a good mood.

"Oh I'm sure she was a lovely turnip," said Robby with an eyeroll, "So lovely that I won't blame you for backing out and marrying the turnip now. I'm sure your children will be lovely turnip-heads running around your farm will make your mother happier than ever."

Rylan raise a hand to his eyes dramatically, "I may have to! As lovely as Amelia may be, I may be unable to resist the lure of my turnips! Mum would love the children, as long as they helped around the house." He the grinned, thinking of how his mother would react if he came home and pronounced himself engaged to a turnip.

"Please allow me to witness your introducing Ms. Turnip to your mother," chuckled Robby, thinking of the woman's expression, "I can finally explain to her why I don't help around farms, and she'll understand why I have to drag you away from your work."

"It's a deal." Rylan replied, "It's fine excuse as to why I'm not minding the turnips right now... you just get to jealous when I give Ms. Turnip more attention then you."

"Oh no!" moaned Robby, as a sudden realization hit him, "You'll be with Amy, and I can't try and drag you away for aq night of fun from her! Damn, I guess me and Ms. Turnip shall have to hit the Taverns without you now, as we try and find her a new lover and me a new unengaged friend!"

Rylan rolled his eyes- of course Robby would think of their nights at the taverns. Grinning, Rylan wagged an eyebrow, "Maybe you and Ms. Turnip can get to know each other better. Then, we'll both be engaged and having to work around women."

Robby looked aghast at the idea, and gave Robby a look of horror. "Me and Ms. Turnip? Are you crazy? She's so possessive! I mean look at you, it's a struggle to get you away from her! What on Earth do you think I'd do with her?! No, she's a bit too much for me."

Rylan raised both hands in defeat. "All right, all right, hold your horses... Maybe I can get her with one of the potatoes." He shrugged before he leaned around to see how many people were ahead of them. "I wonder how long the schooling will take."

"Not long hopefully," said Robby excitedly, "I mean, we'd have to start working soon! I wonder when it starts though, I mean, we got to get started soon! So, how are you telling your parents about me convincing you into this and into marrying Amy? Let's go over our game plans, so we don't fail." As they spoke, the line inched forward a bit more, and Robby's excitement grew.

"Yeah, of course I'll have to let them in on it all... I'm sure my Dad would approve, and Mum would just worry over it, but she'll be alright." When Robby mentioned the game plan, Rylan rolled his eyes once more. "Alright then, have at it."

"Well," said Robby thoughtfully, "I'm thinking you tell Amy the plan, and I cower behind you so she doesn't freak out at me, but stammers at you. See, she'd get mad that I didn't consult her on this, but if you get to her, than we have no issues! And I'll confront your mother with my charm. She likes me more than you anyways, I mean, no offense, but you're such a bore without me around."

"Mum likes you more?" Was what first came out of Rylan's mouth, in a bit of an amused and exasperated tone. "You keep telling yourself that." Then he considered Robby's idea of a 'plan'. He found it rather funny how scared Robby seemed to be of Amy's reaction.
"How exactly am I going to go about telling Amy that I'd like to marry her?"

"Well, you could always charm her, I'm sure you have it in you," said Robby seriously, though his eyes teasing, "Not to mention you have plenty of sisters, just treat her like you treat any other woman, except, one you plan to marry." Robby rolled his eyes as he added, "And don't complain that my advice is terrible, I've never proposed to a woman before."

"Really? I hadn't noticed." Rylan replied dryly. "I suppose I could ask if she'd like to go on a ride through the forest, one of the horses would be up for it."

Robby covered his mouth with his hand to prevent from laughing. The idea of Amy riding a horse was laughable indeed, but he just grinned at Rylan. "Do it. Oh Amy on a horse, as long as you're behind her, it should be safe!" said Robby, chuckling to himself. Now there was only one person left before they spoke to the man ahead.

Joshua finally reached the front of the line, still listening carefully to the conversation going on behind him. He sighed his name, filled out the appropriate information, and was just about to go when he had an idea.
Turning around, he very deliberately met Robby's eyes. "Robby. A pleasure to see you again." he said coldly. "Send my regards to Amelia."
There. The hadn't threatened Robby outright, but he'd definitely done enough to make Robby wonder whether he was going to tell Amelia. Hopefully, it would make him rethink his disastrous plan.

Robby stopped, and stared at Joshua, surprised and annoyed to see the teenager. His mention of Amelia immediately made Robby scowl, and he glared further at Joshua. So the annoying twit was joining the Witch Hunters?! Good, now he'd be away from Amy.
"Of course," said Robby coolly, "I'll tell her when I go home. I suppose that means you aren't visiting today, then?" He said this with a slightly hopeful tone, as he gave his and Rylan's name to the clerk, who shoved the two aside to get the next people's names.

"I might do." Joshua shrugged. "I don't have all that much to do this afternoon. Anyway, I'm sure I'll see you around."
Joshua turned and walked away, grinning. Perhaps it would be best to pay Amelia a visit...

Robby watched Joshua walk off, with narrowed eyes. Whatever, that wasn't his concern. He turned to Rylan and with a grin, said, "Let's get you dressed up to win Amy's heart! And tell your parents, or do you want to woo Amy first?"
