I love Disney music in general especially the Lion King. I also like the Harry Potter music from the first three films. It's nostalgic for me.
I also love video game soundtracks. I love the Mario Galaxies soundtracks-both of them are awesome.

I love the instrumental soundtrack for the Dart Knight. The Joker's "Why so Serious?" track is downright chilling in its entirety. It is probably my all time favorite instrumental soundtrack followed in second by The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo. I also have to say that the Hunger Games soundtrack was pretty good. I could have lived without Taylor Swift and Maroon 5 but those were the only songs that annoyed me. Abraham's Daugther by The Arcade Fire and The Killer and the King by Kid Cudi were downright spine tingling in their sound.

I love the soundtrack to O Brother, Where Art Thou. I love all the Appalachian music. My college is in the Blue Ridge Mountains so I have an appreciation for that music.

Wizard Rock is awesome. There are so many talented bands in the genre that make lovely songs. I've been listening to a lot of Gred and Forge and Oliver Boyd and the Rememberalls.  |

And here I've been listening to stuff like Within Tempation, Nightwish, Nox Arcana, Megaherz, Disturbed, Abney Park, OC Remixes of video game music...
Never heard of wizard rock before... Are there any samples on youtube?

Oh, yeah, also for Panic, I like the one called The Ballad of Mona Lisa. Also loved the Steampunk style vid they did of it.

If you want good Wizard Rock, Open at the Close by Oliver Boyd and the Remembralls is what got me into it.
I loved the Hunger Games soundtrack! It got me into Arcade Fire, and I love the line at the end of Birdy's track where she says "We're all just pieces in their games." It gives me chills every time.
