Perhaps make her a Healer or the magical equivalent of the midwife, just in case someone goes into labour? XD

Maybe have her be there as the voice of reason or to keep an eye on everyone, given a lot of the attendees would be pregnant ... some of them heavily so, to explain her presence? Yeah... someone (besides Molly, who is pregnant anyway) that can empathize with the painful process of giving birth, especially for first-timers Lily, Mrs. Granger, and Narcissa. |

I've always had the feeling that Andromeda was a Healer so that could be the reason for her being there? To keep an eye on three women in various stages of pregnancy in case something should happen? But I would be keen on reading this story, anyone interested?
