Ok. This has probably been done before but I want to see a story where some of the characters get together the summer before OotP and read the books. 1-7. The characters can go to a room where time is stopped or whatever, not too concerned with that part. Here is a list of what I want:
Characters: Harry, The Weasleys, Hermione, Sirius, Remus, Tonks, Kingsley, Minerva M, Dumbledore, Snape, Fleur, Viktor Krum, Moody, Neville, Oliver Wood, Angelina, Alicia, Katie, and any other characters you want to bring in.
Relationships: Harry/Fleur is the only one that I require, there can be any number of them on the side if you want. Build Harry/Fleur slowly, don't rush it, I've seen too many stories ruined by a rushed relationship.
And that's the challenge. Probably not much to it, but I think the story would be good. I'd write it myself but I'm horrible at writing so yeah... Good luck with the story and tell me when you start writing it!
