What chapters of POA do you think are necessary to prove Sirius' innocence? Though, a few people still won't believe it *cough Fudge and Umbridge cough*
I was thinking Professor Trelawney's Prediction - The Dementor's Kiss, but that's five chapters, though two are fairly short. Do you think that's too much or should I narrow stuff down in some of the chapters, especially Trelawney's one as the prediction isn't until the chapter's about half over.

I think all of them are necessary, but you can just do snippets of those chapters.

Yeah, that's kind of what I was thinking. Thanks. I will wait and see if anyone else has ideas for stuff before I start editing the book chapters.

I think you're best off dropping Trelawney's prediction... But that's just me. Or yeah, could just take on parts of the chapter... I wonder if they would notice that parts are cut out?

Hmmm I dunno, think you should maybe hit on key points, like Buckbeaks incident, Trelawney's Prediction, um and the whole Shack event which tells the truth. Not sure about any other aspects to include.

Dementors Kiss definitely since that shows them capable of kissing an innocent boy. Kingsley would be quick to point that one out and show them (in a way) that they are not totally in the Ministrys control. Could be of help in Dudley Demented, couldn't it, since that has happened before? And also, if you take Trelawney's Prediction will you take the part where Dumbledore confirms it as real? It is so like Umbridge to deny that it's not a real one.

Okay, I'm starting with Trelawney's prediction, but I cut out quite a bit at the beginning. I'm starting it right before their Divination exam.

Not sure about any other aspects to include. For that matter, you should probably include Talons and Tea Leaves, if only to prove that Buckbeak was provoked, and that Malfoy was suffeciently warned against insulting them. Maybe adding in how he used his "injury" to his advantage as well.

That one sounds good but if you have already started on the Trelawney mishap, you could add that bit from Talons and Tea Leaves when Fudge, Umbitch and Dawlish say Buckbeak was guilty, to prove he's not? I don't want to wait longer for a chapter because of this

I hadn't thought of adding the bit from Talon's and Tea leaves, but I might end up doing that.

I don't want to wait longer for a chapter because of this Plus, it would serve to discredit Lucius.
