I'll be leaving tomorrow for vacation, so I won't be around for a bit. I'll be staying at my aunt's place in Indiana with my family, and a lot of my extended family, so I'm going to be very busy catching up with people as most of them I haven't seen for two years. I may be able to get on the internet there, but I wouldn't count on it.
So I'm going to be in Indiana for a week, and then we're going to visit my great-uncle and his family in Ontario, Canada for a couple of days.
I'll be back on the 25th, so hopefully I'll be able to check in then.

Thanks for the well wishes. I just got back about two hours ago. It was a crazy time between catching up with cousins, meeting new members of the family, and just plain having fun. Some members of my family are close to insane at moments, but that's what makes it fun for all of us. Do any of you think playing Euchre till 1:30 am is insane? I don't and things like that are common in my family. |

LOL - you know, I'm not a night owl myself and would consider it slightly insane, but I know people who go to bed at a time when I usually get up in the morning, and these would doublessly think it completely normal  Glad you had a good time! That many relatives at once can be tiring, but fun, too. |

My aunt calculated that there were close to fifty people there over the weekend, though I don't think everyone was there at the exact same time. At any rate, it was busy, but the fun busy.

My aunt and uncle have a few acres, so we spent the majority of the time outside. Their basement is also a good size, which was nice for visiting when it got too hot to be outside.
All of my family was very grateful that this many of us can be together at once and that we all love each other.
