I'm on Pottermore as StarPhoenix143. I am a Slytherin but my cousin is a Hufflepuff and when she first read me the intro I laughed. Is it just me or does the description of the common room sound like a Hobbit hole?

Anyone know what the Pottermore badges are about? I had a brief glimpse of a notification that mentioned them, but it minimized before I could get a better look.

Tried looking at the badges themselves? At least one of them is for exploring and clicking on certain links. Like unlocking the special information... at least five of them.

almost like trophies for doing certain things. I wonder if there are going to be badges for how many duels we win or how many potions we perfected.
Just wondering, does anyone understand any of the comments on there? to me it is all jibberish, no main topic at all nor do you know who they are talking to, unless there is some way of knowing that I don't know about.

Not unless you keep FAILING at the game. Or keep coming back to it for whatever reason. Creepy buggers, I'd try to get rid of them as much as possible myself. Except... I'd be less child friendly (What, swinging those things and throwing them is child friendly?) AND KILL THEM. WITH FIRE.

I joined like two months ago, but only made til about the forbidden corridor before I stopped. I came back when CoS was up. I haven't quite got the dueling/casting spells part down, but am beast at Potions. *sighs* I like to think Snape would love me, but... I'm a Badger so... I don't know. I love finding out all this background info JKR has. It's amazing to me that even though we never saw all these things in the books, she had all this history to go along with it. It shows just how much she loved and how dedicated to HP and the wizarding world she to think up all of it. I'm really looking forward to finding out more.

The Gnomes are kinda creepy. It took me a couple tries to figure out what I was supposed to do. Now I keep coming back to it to see if I can get more out than last time. lol
