It bugs me when it's something stupid like upload and thats it. If they have something worth saying than I love to read them (unless its a let-me-write-that-for-you) It's part of why I don't review every chapter. If I have something worth saying, than I'd rather say it. No point in asking someone to upload.

Yeah, it's worse when I get reviews like "Upload now." My life comes before my writing. I don't get paid for this, and it doesn't get me a better degree. Until it does, I will focus more on my school and my family and friends then my writing.

Exaclty! While I love writing, I can't sit and write a full chapter everyday. I've practically given up on getting ahead. Everytime I try, it results in almost three weeks passing and prompts me to put up a new chapter.

There not a lot of DNA relation in third cousins so it is not that bad. Its only bad with direct siblings and cousins. Anything further away that a cousin is not nearly as dangerous. I suppose so and in other cultures it's no where near as taboo as the States I'm not sure about Britian but I know the Japanese have no problem with that sort of thing if anyone's seen the anime Elfen Lied I don't have a problem if it is distant cousins (3rd and on), but if it is an actual sibling, 1st cousin or 2nd cousin then I will have a problem about it. Like if you did a slash with Harry and Dudley I won't read it, but if it is Harry/Draco it is ok. Harry/Ginny is just another Harry/Draco in my mind. I used to live in the Sierra Nevadas of California and some people I knew were in relationships with cousins. I believe one was in a relationship with a 1st cousin, but it didn't last. Sorry, I just noticed that I was reading three pages back (Man you guys are fast!). But I am going to leave this, because I wanted to get that out. |

Actually, I made myself curious and I went to check. There 14 stories that are Harry/Dudley with Romance (don't know if all of them are a romance between the two or separate romances with other people....not going to read to find out).

LOL, that was funny. The idea is definitely squick-worthy, though I think some of them are with Lily having been adopted and as such the two are not related. I have found that idea a little believable due to the drastic differences in looks between the sisters. ***Ugh, now the images are stuck!!!  *** To continue with the earlier thread- I am definitely not into reading incest and I am not too fond of reading rape scenes. |
