I figured it was time for a thread like this.  Simply, share the weird, wonderful, and perhaps stupid things you have done that show why you are too much of an HP fan. (not that there is such a thing.) ;D
Have dreams involving Harry Potter characters. I've had two, once that involved Snape being one of my teachers and living on my street. The other involved Voldemort being my grandfather. (I love both of my grandfather's, so I have no idea where this came from) Get the theme music (from movies or the video games) from Harry Potter stuck in your head and you can't get it out. Realize that the director of your summer camp would look exactly like Harry if he had a scar and longer hair. (My friend went and told him this and he said he gets that a lot.) Dress up as a Harry Potter character for Halloween (I made a Bellatrix costume that looked fairly decent. Also, if I tease my hair, it can look almost exactly like her's in the movie). |

Name your pets after HP characters.
Listen to Wizard Rock constantly.
Try to speak with snakes, in hopes that they can understand you.
Say "Merlin" instead of "God". Oh Merlin! for instance, instead of Dear Lord!

I've had my share of dreams about Harry Potter. Not just a few, but a lot. I'm a huge dreamer and am lucky enough to remember most of my dreams. There was this dream I had about wish magic that inspired the short story Wish Magic that I wrote, and the Werewolf Cub was also inspired by my dreams (don't confuse me with SMeyers! XD). A lot of my stories come from dreams, as a matter of fact.  Hedwig's Theme is in my head a lot, and Lily's Theme as well. I dressed up as Hermione Granger for Halloween a few times. Mainly because I have long, bushy and curly brown hair. If it were red, I would have dressed up as Lily Evans, 'cause my eyes are green as well. I've named my pet black bunny Harry, XD. I've also told my uncle (it was his funeral) that after all, to the well-organized mind, death is but the next great adventure. And then I told him not to let me hear anything bad about him when I get there. |

When both you and your friends dress up as your favourite HP characters for every midnight premire and every time after that when you watch the movies ;D

I agree with the grandfather part. My live 1 is Voldemort and the departed dumbledore. I say Merlin's beard, i have a relative that looks a little like harry and i think i'm lily evans because we share the same birthday |

Lol, you want to talk about addicted, I play Minecraft so much 3/4's of my dreams are in blocks. lol, I love Minecraft, but I don't dream about it... I remember I once dreamed about Blockarelli, a web game I played a lot those days) - and they're blocks too. But mostly I dream either of things I read, like books, fanfictions, or manga, or things I watch, like movies, anime, drama,... I dream a lot about those things. XD But back to the topic: got another HP reference to add. When you take your chopsticks and try to cast spells with them. I do that whenever we go eat Chinese. |

I dream about the Harry Potter characters a lot and I love my dreams because no matter what I dream it plays like a movie and it can switch back and forth between me just watching what is happening or being one of the characters.
Also whenever I say or think to myself that I'm disappointed I almost always follow it up with 'I confess myself disappointed'.
