1) squish any beetles you see when having a private conversation in fear that it'll be Rita Skeeter
2) Run up to any huge black dog and yell "PADFOOT! I KNEW YOU WERE ALIVE!"

Have a traumatic experience and make TEA. Oh dear I am in deep then because I really do that Bad time to say I really hate tea then? Really what I do after a traumatic experience is watch Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Though after my great-aunt died on the day of my High School graduation in my living room, I was really glad we went out to eat so I could pull a Ron and eat my feelings.

*grins* It's the first book that got me into the series, so it'll always be my favorite. That, and I could read and re-read the Graveyard scene for hours...
And Harry standing up to Vernon was awesome, too! I wish they had included that in the movie.

I watch the fourth movie because whenever someone dies, I like to look at their chest and yell at the screen when I can see them breathing.
COME ON! YOU'RE PAID MILLIONS OF POUNDS TO LIE THERE AND ACT DEAD AND YOU CAN'T EVEN DO THAT PROPERLY! I HAD TO BE A STATUE IN A PLAY WHEN I WAS IN SEVENTH GRADE AND I STAYED COMPLETELY STILL FOR TWO HOURS!
...rant over. Above is what I usually yell. It's why I tend to watch movies alone.

*chuckles* Yeah, it's kind of irritating, isn't it? I spewed a lot of profanities in the theater and got kicked out...

You Know You're Too Much of an HP Fan When You: Read a book where the character has the same first name as you and you substitute in "Harry" without realizing it...

When Cedric dies annoys me the most. When Hermione was petrified, they put a dummy in her place. Why not do that for Cedric (I can't remember the actor's name and am too lazy to look it up) if it was shown that he couldn't hold his breath for that long?

Yeah, it was rather obnoxious. That part was supposed to be really really sad. And it's ruined when you notice that he's breathing. =/

I didn't like the fact that they had Voldemort touch Cedric with his foot. Would Voldemort really lower himself to show the slightest inkling of compassion for a boy he just had brutally murdered?
Also, Harry annoys the living snot out of me with his grunting.

I always though Voldie was mocking Cedric, not showing compassion. And the whole Graveyard scene is kind of weird to watch... especially with Voldemort seeming a little too PLEASED at being able to touch Harry's forehead...

Voldemort: I can ...touch you...NOW!"
Harry: *screams*
Voldemort: Likes to touch 14 year old boys.

I mean, we all know Voldemort is really obsessed with Harry, but that scene was extra, unneeded squick! *makes disgusted face*

NOT LIKE THAT! Gah! My brain just made the most innocent sounding sentence sound nasty and wrong.

My point exactly!
You know you're too much of a HP fan when you run in to a brick wall, expecting that you can get to the other side.

You know you're a Harry Potter fan when you see a purple car and you hold out a stick to stop it, thinking it's a mini-Knight Bus.
