I agree with Anja. Though the Graveyard scene is rather scary for me to watch, even to this day. Dan does a rather brilliant job of screaming as though tortured, and...well Ralph did too good a job with Voldie. It's just, that whole thing makes me feel so very unclean... *shivers*

I agree. I saw a video of Jason Isaacs talking about working with Ralph and the other people who played the bad guys, and he said that Ralph put himself through hell just to get his character right. I can't remember what the video was called, but if I could, I'd stick the link here.

Poor Ralph! I don't even want to know how he managed to get his character right....

Jason Isaacs didn't say exactly what he did, just that he put himself through hell, and wore tights under his robes.

My favorites were Goblet of Fire and Deathly Hallows Part 2. I thought Deathly Hallows was a strong ending to the series. Goblet of Fire had interesting scenes and great acting.

I love the Prisoner of Azkaban then again that could be because of my love of Sirius and Remus.

Goblet of Fire and Deathly Hallows Part 1
Sometimes, I refuse to admit the Prisoner of Azkaban film even exists. OK, that's an exaggeration, but it's one of the worst two of the series along with Half Blood Prince.

I like Order of the Phoenix the best. Evana Lynch as Luna was a great choice. Am I the only one that got the Harry/Luna vibe the first time I watched it? Imelda Staunton was a good choice for Umbridge as well. Umbridge's theme was fitting. I liked the newspaper transition scenes. The silence after Sirius' death was jarring at first but I liked it the 2nd time I saw it. I liked that they made Cho be the one that blabbed to Umbridge under truth serum about the DA. The looks on Harry and Hermione's faces after Snape said that was priceless. Fred and George interrupting OWLS was brilliant as well. The Department of Mysteries scenes through "He's Back!" was well done. Am I the one that laughed when that giant picture of Fudge was destroyed?

Mine is 7.5
I just ... there is so much to love, with that film. Starting with that haunting opening, with Snape standing there in the parapets of Hogwarts looking so ... sad.
And then there's the dragon.
And drunk-off-his-ass Lucius.
And that *hilariously* awkward hug between Voldie and Draco.
Not to mention mamma's boy Draco holding him's mummy's hand while hims flees from Hogwarts. Him's so precious, yes him is! *falls over snickering*
Also, Snape vs. McGonagall. Snape's 'oh shit' face was epic. Actually, that whole sequence was epic. EVERYONE bolted for the sidelines the second McG stepped up. *snicker*. And Snape managed to take out the Carrows with deflected spells. Awesomesauce and win.
Actually, McGonagall in general in that movie. Her face when she says she's always wanted to do that spell makes me snicker, because despite being 60+, she looks like nothing so much as a tickled-pink little girl. And the way she takes charge is just awesome in general.

First and Second. I can't bear to watch the others. I'm horribly picky about my book to movie conversions, and the First and Second are the only two that didn't leave out too many details (as they were the shortest.) I probably prefer the first over the second though.

I like the second, third, and fourth the best. DH Part 2 had some great moments too. I prefer PoA because it focuses a lot more on Sirius and Remus, who are two of my favourites. I didn't really get the talking heads though. I thought that was a bit odd.
The only one I didn't like was HBP. I thought they butchered that one too much, but then I didn't really like the book either.

I'd have to say, aside from bad hairstyles the entire Hogwarts seemed to have come down with, Goblet of Fire is my favourite too.

The best was the second film in my opinion. Close to the books, everybody played dress up and of course the huge basilisk at the end. I just think that the great thing about films is the fact that everybody is a different person and the clothes should show that. But then all of the wizards run around in normal clothes and even Malfoy in the sixth film in that stupid suit of his. I mean in some scenes it could have been a normal boarding school if you just look at the clothes.

The only thing I didn't like about the Ootp movie was the fact that they changed the battle in the DOM and that they cut out Harry destorying Dumbledore's office, which would have been a great scene
