Hate to burst your bubble, but identical twins aren't hereditary. And you can't past down a fraternal twin trait without have one to pass down in the first place.

I know they aren't hereditary, but Ginny's chances of having twins would still be significantly higher than the chances of women without any twins in their family.

It wouldn't be higher at all. Identical is not passed down at all, no increased chances. Fraternal is, as it's based on two eggs passing through at one. But Identical is one egg splitting- which is not determined by genes... it just happens.

i agree with Nahara46 identical it's not passed down but you do have higher chances of having twins if there are twins in your family.
