I'm really enjoying HP 1-4 right now. Yes, there are glitches, but for the most part you can get around them if you don't explore until you've completed all the years. After finishing year four you can continue to run around Hogwarts, so don't do that until everything's done and you should be fine. At least, that's what I did.

I have 1 - 4, there are glitches, and on the DS, Syltherin is really misrepresented - they don't have any staues!!!!
5-7 seem interesting, but I am completing 1-4 first (so I have everything open) before going on to it, as I hate incomplete games!!!

There are a few glitches but nothing too bad. I love the game. IT is taking me a long time to finish it. Even after you complete the technical "years", you still have to go over and get everything you missed because you didn't have the right characters to unlock stuff. So in that regard, it is a long game. But it is fun.

I love the game on Wii/PS3 but just to put it out there the DS version is HIGHLY different. It uses some of the same cutscenes but that is all. It is almost an entirely new game compared to the console version. The DS version is geared heavily to kids, the console not as much. But both are interesting to play. I own the console version which I bought after renting it first and I rented the DS version to play and do not plan on buying it for myself.

I have the Wii version of both 1-4 and 5-7 and in my opinion they are quite fun to play. 5-7 especially made me laugh with the videos, there are some scenes I didn't think they could make funny that are just LOL!!

Lego is always able to make the weirdest scenes cheesy. I'm planning on getting 5-7 at some point in the near future, but I want to make a bit more progress on 1-4 first.

I have 5-7 on PS3 and have played 1-4 on Nintendo DS. There were awesome and I can't tell you how many times I cracked up during the cutscenes. They may seem kind have long but the levels themselves go by pretty quickly. In fact, I really wish there were more of them.

I have both years 1-4 and 5-7 for Wii and love them. I found them more fun than the other Harry Potter games that i have played and at some times a lot closer to the books than any other Harry games i have played.
