When you go into people's profiles there is an exalt button and a smite .. What the heck are they for? And what do they mean?

Exalt is something like the 'like' button at Facebook. You can give a post the "thumbs up" - and raise the Karma of the poster. Likewise, smite is the opposite - thumbs down.

Thank u lol because I've been pressing exalt on a couple of profiles to see what they did lucky I didn't press smite lol

I'd love to know why we can only exalt or smite once an hour. That bit doesn't make sense.

Never noticed, but then, I don't use it often anyway. Probably to prevent exalt/smite wars. There will always be people who would try to take points from others just for disagreeing with them, and others would give them points to show support or something along that line, and they would try to outdo each other.
