MBP has a cute Charlie fic with an O/C called "Charlie's Return". Now, when you go look for it it will say Charlie/Bill as a pairing, but it is actually a Charlie/OC pairing. I think the Charlie/Bill is just for the brother relationship. The OC's name is Eleri. She also makes an appearance in "Weasley Family Heartbreak".
