Arthur stumbled to the door. His head was pounding, but he had work to do. He had to visit Amanda, the groceries were running low, and he visited Ms. Anderson today! Grandma had kept him up all night with her dementia, and had finally gone to sleep. He knew he was sneezing and sick, but he'd promised to take care of Timmy and do a good job. He wasn't going to let the old man and woman take the kid away now! He opened the door, momentarily blinded by the sun.
"Can I help you?" he asked, sneezing.

"Hello Joshua," Isobel said from behind him. Last night eas hell on earth for her. She had gotten into a very heated physical fight with her uncle. She made sure her scarf was wrapped tightly around her neck.

"Good morning Isobel," he greeted pleasantly, before he turned to Arthur. "Good morning. I said I would come today, didn't I?" he said. He wondered if he should push himself in, but decided to wait for Arthur invite him in.

Arthur glared at the old man, and then saw the girl behind him. He left the door open, they'd make her way in.
"Same rules, stay away from my grandmother," he said, with a violent cough, "I'm stepping out for a few hours to get some groceries, and do some work. Since I'm unfit for Timmy, keep an eye on him until I'm back."

Isobel just rolled her eyes, not paying him any mind. Isobel climbed up the stairs and opened the bedroom door.

Joshua just nodded gruffly. He didn't care that much for Arthur's grandmother. It was Timothy he had arrived for. Partly Arthur, since he wanted a talk with him, but had to wait until Arthur got back. He stepped inside and looked around the hallway.
((I know. I fixed it.))

Arthur moved upstairs to his room, and grabbed his things. He'd shower, and remove this mucky feeling. Then he could get to work. Maybe he could ditch Anderson today. Just a visit to Amanda for the groceries, and he could come back. If he eas lucky, maybe they'd be gone by then. He couldn't help but wonder why the room was spinning as he tried fishing for his clothes.

Isobel paid no attention to Arthur as he entered the room, she jst stared at Timmy. She tugged at the scarf to loosen it up a bit. She turned to look at Arthur whom was rubbing his face with his hand. Isobel doesn't know if she should concern or what. She shrugged her shoulder, why should she care, she only came here for Timmy, not him.

Arthur turned to see the woman sitting with the sleeping Timmy. He'd have been less irked if she wasn't sitting on his part of the bed, but he let it go. He needed to save his energy. He staggered over to the door, "Don't wake him up." he said sternly, only to start coughing at the end.

"I'm not," Isobel tried not to be concern about Arthur coughing, but she couldn't help it. "Are you okay? You may be sick like Timmy."

"Fine, got to work, watch Timmy, stay away from grandma," said Arthur quickly, moving to step out the door. He'x just take a shower, and then his head would be clear.

Isobel just shrugged her shoulders, she's not worried about his grandmother, just the little boy laying next to her.

Arthur headed to the bathroom, only to decide to skip the shower. He felt too dizzy to climb into the bathtub. Instead, he washed his face and brushed his teeth, before staggering downstairs where the old man still was. He stared at the old man for a minute, did he have a twin?
"I'm heading to work," he said, then sneezed, "Two of you, keep an eye on things. Medicine's by the pantry."
And again, he erupted into violent coughs. He hated having to show the man his incapabilities, but he'd be fine once he got the groceries, and visited Ms. Anderson and got paid again.

Joshua frowned at Arthur. Was he sick?
"You're not leaving," he stated cooly. "If you really need groceries, I buy them, but you're not leaving out of this house." He had no idea what was wrong with Arthur, but if the boy was sick ... Well, he wouldn't let him go out sick.

Arthur sighed. "What if Ms. Anderson gets sick too? Do you think she's gonna be happy with you?" He knew what he did was wrong, but he had to keep Arthur in the house, and not gonna get any sicker. "I'll tell Ms. Anderson that you're sick, and I buy the groceries for today."

Arthur hesitated, before coughing again. Ms. Anderson would kick him out anyways upon seeing his condition, but something inside of him didn't want the help. He prided himself on few things, and being able to take care of himself and his grandmother was one of those things. If he succumbed now, he'd lose. But another part of him felt like throwing up, and that part was dying to give in. "Fine," growled Arthur, only to cough and lose the effect, "But you use my money. I don't need charity. It's in my room, I'll pay you for your help."

Joshua was old enough to not feel smug of this victory, but he still felt satisfied that Arthur had given in. Even though he knew it was a sign of sickness, that he would give in. "All right. Then you go upstairs, and I make some breakfast for you and Timmy to eat, then I go out and buy the groceries," he instructed, and awaited Arthur's protest.

"Fine, but you had better come get the money to be paid for your services," said Arthur menacingly, only to cough and ruin the effect, "I'm not letting you hang around to flash charity on me!" And with that, Arthur staggered upstairs.

Timmy awoke to loud thuds coming from the stairs. He sat up a little bit, feeling clammy and off. What's going on? He thought, stretching a little.

Arthur staggered into the room, where Isobel was sitting beside Timmy, on his trundle bed side. Annoyed he said, "I was told to come lie down, but you're on my trundle-bed, where am I to sleep now?"

"I'll lay on the floor, if you want." Timmy said, feeling bad that Arthur's bed was taken up.

"No, your fine kid," said Arthur, feeling bad for causing a fuss at Isobel when Timmy was in the room, he'd need to watch his temper more carefully. "I'll just, er, slide beside Isobel, or she can slide in with you, or something, I need to change anyways, don't look, both of you!"

Timmy covered his eyes. "Okay, if you're sure." Really though, the floor wouldn't have been bad. He rarely slept lying down anyway.

Arthur changed quickly, though the buttons to his pajama shirt were askew. He glanced around the room for a minute. The woman was pretty much only beside Timmy, so there was space beside her, and space beside Timmy. He just sighed, and slid down by the woman. Let her deal with it. "How you feeling, Timmy?"

"I'm alright. Still feeling off, but hey, much better than I'd normally be." He smiled brightly. "This bed is really soft." He frowned when he noticed how red Arthur's face was. No, he didn't look good at all. "Wait, you're sick! Oh man, I'm sorry. Didn't mean to give you what I got."

"I'm fine," said Arthur sneezing, "Been better, but fine. Not your fault." He Turned to face Timmy, feeling extremely warm. He felt a little sweaty too, but it was probably nothing. "Old man's making you some soup, I'll make dinner later. It's good you feel better. Transformation's later tonight, you should be healthy for that."

The thought of actually being as healthy as possible for a turning was a new concept for him. Timmy remembered many times where he'd transformed while sick. It also helped keep the wolf at bay, he supposed. "You should try to get as well as you can, too." he said seriously. "Okay?"
