YFF has a challenge that is for stories under 2000 words that involves confessions. I challenge you to do one that involves one of the breaks in a reading involving one Harry Potter character apologizing to another.
Apparently the challenge is based off the number of reviews a person gets on the YFF site and then the top three highest posts are reviewed by them and then one is chosen.
I just posted a one-shot for this challenge. It is about Neville and his Gran when she hears what happened with Neville and his Uncle Algie. I may use it verbatim later on in the story I am writing or I may not. I did gear this scene to confessions so that had an impact on how I portrayed the scene. Either way, I urge you to check it out and leave a review. there is also a truncated version of my story on there as well. I don't like it as much as I do my original but I thought I would try it on their site. I am on there under the name Kaiserin, and my one shot is tittled "Neville's confession to his Gran.
