yeah i've done the googling, yahoo, ask etc plus i sent a few emails of the other day but i still haven't heard anything and i only have 2 more days to find the info I need.

there's actually one in a few places but it's the Middlesbrough one that I need. It turns out that my Nanna was one of it's occupants or (inmates) as they call themselves.

yup i've emailed them the other day, cheers for the help squidy. i'm going to actually try the building itself aswell, not sure how good that will be because it's now an old people's care home.

it's fine eskimo. i just thought i'd randomly ask. have you ever seen "Who do you think you are" before? the celebrity geneology show? well i was watching that the other day with my Mum and it mention that place and Mum randomly turned to me and said that my Nanna had actually lived there. Certainly shocked me, long story short, i'm hoping to get hold of any information about my Nanna, hopefully before Friday  it will certainly be a nice 50th birthday present for my Mum. |

Update- I was given a reply by one of the emails. That contained a phone number for one home, they then gave me the number of another who then gave me their address to send the information to them. Seriously hope it's successful.
