Update: I revamped my last two responses in the counties thread and the homes and quarters thread. I didn't like what I origionally wrote so I changed it.

Update: Phillip is now active and is at an inn in you're town. If anyone wants to jump in, they can. Also if I should place him else where please tell me.

Um...so are never doing this because I kind of miss it. I know Novella and Naraha haven't been on but I hate leaving this just sitting here.
