1. Because she was a side character who landed up with Harry.
2. Honestly don't get it, but something about being rude to Sirius and all his fans getting pissed.
3. Because he doesn't 'fit' with the other two, and because he's too normal IMO is why people dislike him.
4. Because he lied to everyone, played a great game of strategy with Voldemort, and all around back-stabbed everyone to make their lives better.
5. Because he's a douche until the last moment.
I'll gladly expand further on those thoughts to anyone interested.

1. Because the way Harry and Ginny's relationship is portrayed in the books it seems like it's just, "Oops! We kissed! We must be in love!" Honestly, I have nothing against her, that's just what I've heard people say.
2. Because she's overbearing and puts all the kids lives in danger when she refuses to tell them whats going on. I get that she's a mom and doesn't want her kids to get hurt, but in situations like that, ignorance is not bliss. Plus, she's pretty awful to Ron and the twins.
3. Because he tends to treat Hermione like crap. At least that's why I don't particularly like him.
4. I don't really get this one. I mean he made mistakes, yes, but he's only human. His mistakes just seem bigger because he's in a seat of power: Headmaster, Chief Warlock, Founder of the Order. That means a lot of peoples lives rest on his shoulders. He can't save everyone and he has to think of the big picture. Though I will admit he seems to pay a little too much attention to the big picture and not enough on the details.
5. Because despite the fact that he was a good guy in the end, he was a complete jerk the whole time.

Well, I must say that I've seen far more Good Guy Severus than Douche Severus... I mean it, there are too much fanfics about Snape being protective of Harry, being Harry's new father (or real one, in some really imaginative fics) or even having some romantic interest in Harry.
And Ginny-bashing is more common in fics which Harry gets a new romantic pair, so they make her insufferable.
And I really like Molly, I don't know why so much people hate her! I mean, she's nice to Harry (even when she didn't knew he was the Boy-Who-Lived-To-Be-Hyphenated) and she becomes a second mother to him, and yet, people love to make her a manipulative or greedy character.
Dumbledore really was kind of manipulative, but I don't think he did unforgivable things. And he truly cared for Harry and for the Wizarding World. In my opinion, he shoudn't be so lenient towards Voldemort (like refusing to kill him, expecting him to suddenly turn good), but that can be overlooked.
And Ron is hated simply because he can be really hateable sometimes. I mean, he's a nice guy and a great friend to Harry, but he was a real douche to Hermione sometimes. And he can be really forgettable sometimes too. You see, Harry is the main one, Hermione is the super smart one and Ron is... well... Ron. Still, I hate fics where he becomes a villain or betrays Harry, because he is a really loyal friend.

I read fics were they are bashed but I really don't hate them personally.
Ginny- The relationship with Ginny kinda came from nowhere. Out of nowhere Harry had monster jealousy. You get an image of Ginny's personality bit not a full picture when compared to others. Not to mention it's easy to make her evil, after Harry for superficial reasons, ect. I've read some good Ginny/Harry fics, but I've never really cared for the pairing too much. I'm more of a slash reader or rare pairing.
Molly- Good:She loves her children and does her best for them. She tries her hardest to be a wonderful mother. Bad: People don't like how she compares her children or rants 'At what she did wrong with them'. Also at how she tries to make her kids do jobs she wants and not one that will make them happy. People also don't like how she tries to act as Harry's guardian in OotP and how she said that Sirius prefered to be in Askaban than taking care of Harry. So people vent these frustrations out in fanfiction.
Ron Weasley:With how JK made Ron betray Harry twice; bashing him has really come easy. It's easy to make him only friends with Harry for perks. Not to mention some forget that Hermione can be just as mean to Ron and Hate him for argueing with her. I've read some real nice loyalRon fics and I've really searched for more. Though I like many like to read a Ron bashing fic every once in a while.
Severus Snape:How ever you look at it he was a crappy person. I'm a Snape lover but that is only for fanfiction Snape.(I loved how he could of been not what he was) He was a man who was bullied and abused and in the end he chose to become a bully even worse than James. James attacked an equal so to speak. Snape attacked a kid he was put in a authorative position over.
Albus Dumbledore: Albus was in a bad position. When he defeated Grimwauld he was put into high positions. He became the one that had to make big decisons, and because he had to make these big decisions his mistakes had more impact than most. He also got too used to having this power and forgot how to share and take more interest in others views. Like in the first chapter of the first book.
He didn't really care for Minerva's opinion. To him he was the only one that could make the decision and the only one who really knew how things had to be. So he left a baby on a doorstep.(This has caused anger and rightly so). Not to mention Harry was abused(Neglect is abuse!) and Albus didn't check. Though Figg's role is revealed and that makes it worse especially when Albus admits to knowing of the abuse. That is what really made him llose the mask of the grandfather and gain the one of the chestmaster. He might have had a very good reason.(Protection from DE and from DEs from adopting him) It still doesn't hide the fact that he did nothing to change Harry's situation. He could have improved Harry's life at the Dursleys atleast, but he didn't. Now he could have honestly never have thought of a way but it still doesn't get rid of the anger.
The proverbial nail of the coffin is the ending. In the words of Snape he made Harry a pig for the slaughter. He planned the death of a child and gave no other option. He even made others do the dirty work of telling Harry his fate. Now for all we know for those seven teen years Albus could have searched for another way, but we never see that. So its easy and even right to hate a man that plotted the death of someone we fell in love with so to speak by reading seven years of Harry's life.
I hope this all made sense and answered your question. And I'm just going to throw Hermione's out there.
Hermione- Good: Loyal to Harry, Logical thinker, intelligent. Bad: Emotionally stunted, a minor superiority complex, and controlling issues. It's easy to love her intelligence and mother hen personality. It's also easy to hate how she act like she know best at times and how she feels that she is the only one that can make decisions at times. It's also easy to hate her for how JK made her treat Harry in HBP with his potions book.

1. Ginny Probably because her relationship with Harry wasn't really built up. She went from starstruck BWL fangirl who was crushing on him before ever meeting him and being totally impossible in his presence to girlfriend with next to no build up. We don't really see her grow out of that crush. Knowing how Harry hates his fame, it's hard to understand why he married his #1 fangirl. One never knows if she loves Harry for himself or for being the BWL and her knight in shining armour after rescuing her from the Chamber.
2. Molly She was nice to Harry, yes, but she's dangerously naive and thought that keeping them in the dark would protect her babies, completely disregarding the fact that the innocents are the first to die in a war. She is a control freak who wants to control her children's haircut, clothes, relationships, jobs, who tries to force them into jobs that *she* thinks are good for them, regardless of their abilities, talents, temperament, likes or dislikes. And she is playing favourites to an extent that makes me angry - worships Percy, who's a stuck-up git, but has barely ever a nice word for the twins or Ron. She caused most of Ron's inferiority complex. (Look at how Percy got an owl *and* new robes for being made prefect, but Ron had to wear robes that were too short at the begin of the year already and use a wand that was completely dysfunctional - can you make it any more clear that she doesn't care for Ron one bit?). And she was extremely rude to Sirius, despite being a guest in his house, and some of her comments were not only rude, but hurtful. OotP was the nail in the coffin for me, as far as Molly was concerned.
3. Ron Well, he abandoned Harry twice and has no tact, and he's always jealous of Harry's fame and money, so I can see why many dislike him. His fights with Hermione didn't help, though personally I think Hermione herself did her share of it, too. When she doesn't agree with someone's opinions, she is as rude as Ron (Luna!), and her tendency to be the know-it-all is annoying, so I don't blame Ron too much for fighting with her.
4. Dumbledore One word: Manipulative Old Bastard. Sure, he had to deal with a lot of responsibility, but he made the wrong choices way too often. He gave proven murderers second chances, not caring that they were able to go and keep killing. These innocent victims didn't get their second chances! He knowingly forced a child into an abusive home for the Greater Good, under the pretext of a protection that never worked. He brought the PS into a school full of children to draw Voldemort out - criminal, if you ask me. Oh, I could go on! Let's just say he kept Harry in the dark until the very end. It cost him Sirius's life, and even though he after the DoM debacle said he'd tell him everything he once again lied and kept important information from Harry. He basically set him up for the slaughter and didn't have the decency to tell him himself, but left it to others.
5. Snape He may have been on the light side (or at least pretended to, IMO he was on only one side - his own), but he was a petty, vindictive bully and all around jerk, taking his own frustrations out on 3/4 of the school - and had the temerity to complain about being bullied by the Marauders.

Molly because she so Orwellian about how her kids should live their lives. She's puts Morton Downey Jr. to shame with her big mouth. Her snobbish remarks against Sirius in OOTP made her a character that deserves more hate then Voldy.
Ron, now here's a person that's a few screws missing in old noggin, he's insensitive, thinks money is the most important thing in world. I don't how ended up marrying Hermione, the two has nothing in common except fighting. Hermione deserved someone who was intelligent like her.
Snape, a bastard that discovered every bit of loathing that Harry gave him , a hypocrite when it comes to bullying, his love for Lilly was obsessive, changing sides doesn't atone for the sins he committed as a death eater.
Dumbledore, a manipulate piece of scum, treated everyone like a chess pawn, cannon folder for the greater good. His actions could be viewed as equally as despicable, as those of Tom Riddle's .
Ginny, she came out of no where, her relationship with Harry wasn't realistic, her character has a lot of unanswered questions.

Ginny: I agree with Kitty & princedice.
Molly: To overprotective of her children.
Ron: A bit of a shallow idiot with no sense of when to shut up. He also can't see beyond the end of his nose, and won't believe Harry doesn't have everything he could ever want.
Dumbledore: I like him, even though he was manipulative. I thought he just tried to do the best he could. He's only human, and can't understand that not everyone wants to be redeemed.
Snape: I like him as well. He played a role, and did it very well. He was a spy, so couldn't be nice to everyone, otherwise he would have been killed.

Ginny: Because she got Harry and the writer...erm , Hermione didn't.
Honestly, I can understand some of the complaints that the buildup was not well shown in text, but people complaining about Ginny being nothing more than a pathetic fan-girl who loves the BWL rather than Harry weren't paying much attention to the words on the page. Ginny hadn't been described in those terms since at least book 3, and I'd wager most of her fan-shock was wearing off after Harry rescues her from Tom. When she rips Harry a new one for not asking her what it was like to be possessed it was narratively blatantly obvious that the real Ginny was showing through. The snarky, fun, athletic, boisterous Ginny was showing through and it is *that* Ginny that Harry starts picking up on 5th year and during the summer between 5th and 6th years (where it was clearly stated that he hung around with her alot that summer). This all culminates with Harry growing fond of her, and unconciously or maybe even conciously is physically attrected to her(we are talking about a 15 year old boy, I honestly don't buy that Harry sexually is non-hormonal as JKR writes in the books.) But again, these clues might have been a little too subtle for some people, and really, honestly, JKR should have done a better job of laying the ground work in words instead of by implication in her narrative.
Molly: I think almost all of the hate against her comes down to that rather bad argument she had with Sirius. She really stuck her foot in her mouth with that, and she was completely in the wrong IMO when she said it. Someone said it wasn't just wrong, but hurtful, and that hits it perfectly.
However, I think fanfic authors take it too far, and they fail to consider some significant background aspects of her character when they write her as a screaming harridan. Alot of her irrational fear and her attempts to keep the younger kids in the dark can be directly attributed to the loss of her brothers Gideon and Fabian. I don't know if they were younger or older brothers, but owing to how demonstrative Molly is in her love of family, I'm wagering she deeply loved her brothers and their loss devestated her. Which drives her to overcompensate with her own children.
I am perfectly willing to accept that she is far, far too controlling over her children's personal lives and what career tracks they choose, but honestly, have none of you meet/experienced parents like this? She loves her children, she wants them to do their best, and at the end of the day THEY ARE CHILDREN, meaning that DON'T know what is necessarily best for them in 90% of cases. That Molly is wrong with regards to the twins is a mere coincidence, because really, if Harry hadn't kicked in the seed money for the Joke Shop, the twins would have likely been shit out of luck after they failed/did mediocre on their NEWTS and where would have they and their dream have been?
That is something people need to consider, that while, yes the twins ended up phenomenally successful, they had a great deal of luck in achieving that as quickly as they did. I'm sure they would have succeeded eventually, but if it hadn't been for Harry the twins may have ended up spending years just barely making by while they scrimped and saved to get their business off the ground.
Ron: Peoples hate for this character personally is annoying, because too often people end up writing a rather bad carricature that comes off as a rather bad mishmash of Dudley and Seamus Finnegan: Stupid, arrogant, and tactless.
Something too, too often, people fortget that for all of these stories, except for the last one, Ron is a child, not a mature adult, but an emotionally developing teenager and adolescent. Who among you made perfectly sound and mature decisions through all of your adolescence?
I know I didn't, yet people use an adults ruler to measure Ron's actions by.
While I find that people make entirely too much of Ron's abilities in chess, (seriously, being able to trounce someone on a chess board does not actually mean that the person is a genius.) But it is clear from other things Ron does that he is actually a very good strategic/global thinker. And he is very good at picking up and understanding people's mannerisms and motivations (see how he quickly surmised what Mundungus really was getting at when he was asking about the Locket.)
This is a direct opposite aspect of Hermione, btw, too often she only sees what she thinks people should do, or how they should act, instead of what really people will do and how they are likely to act. Because she doesn't think about how people can actually do things different from her own manner of doing things and that their reasons may in fact be just as legitimate as hers.
Anyways, Ron was a relatively immature, academically lazy (not stupid) student, and all too often said tactless things. That does not make him into an abusive husband, a horrible friend, or a bad person. Which too many fanfic authors aren't able to wrap their heads around.
