So I've got my first real job interview tomorrow, and I'm really scared! I was wondering if you guys had any hints or advice to make it a bit easier for me, because I've never done this before and I think I might mess it up.

I can tell you what I've been told alot.
1)Meet their eyes
2)Make sure you can answer the question "And what can you offer?" or variations of that.
3)Dress appropriately and if you have any piercings take out all of them. Only have two or less on the lobe of your ear no more. If a tatoo can be hidden then do so.
This really only applies to jobs that are not fastfood and the like. Don't know if that helps but that's stuff I've always heard.

Do research in the place that you are interviewing so you can ask informed questions. Never ask about pay, it only makes you look bad. And what melodypottersnape said. Good luck.

Not really having much advice beyond what was already said - be prepared, dress properly etc. My last one was over 20 years ago But good luck, in any case!

Make sure you are prepared for anything. Keep a pen with you, in case you need to fill anything out.

In my experience, the most difficult question to answer is the one they ask at the end of the interview: "Do you have any questions for us?" or "Is there anything, you would like to know?" People always start humming and awing, because usually you can't think of anything without looking clueless. I have made good experiences with giving the following answer: "Yes, I have a question. Why do you like working here?" It shows that you are interested in your future co-workers, and it's usually a very surprising question for the interviewers, while at the same time being a serious question. Their answers will also be very enlightening. And in my experience it's always received very well.

Yea. I've always been told that you need to ask questions. If you don't ask provocative questions, you're not likely to stick out in their minds
Also, Thanks Ithariel, I'll remember that question.
