I'm really sorry to put it here, but honestly... I don't know anyone who can fix it... Or maybe I do, but no idea who.
Okay. Maybe some of you geniuses, is a genius to computer troubles?
My trouble is that I can't touch my Dock... I've got a Mac, but I can suddenly not touch it, and I've checked everywhere, but I don't know how to fix it ... So, is there anyone of you who know how?

That, and in my case, my private hotline. Though I usually find the solution myself, and if not, it's one of these questions that even the experts can't always answer that fast

Know the feeling, but as my hotline aka lil bro is rather busy and 180 km away anyway, I learned to try myself first. The result is that lil bro once complained if I couldn't once just ask how to switch the sound on and off instead of always having the big problems, lol.

Hahah. It's a good sign that your brother wants to help, even though he's busy. I wonder if my siblings would be that kind.

He's a sweetie, and he knows that I only bother him as a last resort when I absolutely don't know how to continue any more. And when I do, I send an analysis of the problem with an explanation what I already tried and he doesn't even need to suggest.
On the other hand, he's got a friend who is completely computer-illiterate and who needs him to explain about 20 times for every tiny little click. That one only recently discovered that it is possible to open more than one browser window at the same time and then called him, all proud of herself. Took her only 10 years to find that out *shakes head in disbelief* Even my Mum, who is in her 70's, knows that!

Oh... Are you serious? That's like ... everyone knows it. Even my grandmother who only recently has started to look around on the internet. Guess she's feeling a little lonely.
But that's so nice that you have a sweet brother ... I'm hoping that my brothers is gonna be the same... Doubt it, but you know. You can always hope.

Yes. it's true. That woman is nice, but lil bro has been ranting about her technical abilities many times, leaving me shaking my head in disbelief (or wanting to bang my head, more likely).
Actually, during our childhood, we didn't always get along that well. But since we have both moved out at home and gotten our own places, that has been changing. It's amazing what some time and geographical distance can do!

Oh my god... I would want to bang my head too.
Ooh.. I hope that will happen with me and my sister. I get remotely well with my brothers. But put me and my sister in a room for an hour, you can be sure to hear yelling and arguing after fifteen minutes.

No promises, but I have heard that from others, too and guess in many cases at least part of the problem is that you are always locked up together, so to speak, are grating on each others nerves, and then explosions are inevitable. When you see each other only every few months for a few hours or days, it's easier not to be at each others throats all the time.

I'll believe that! Well, I haven't seen my sister for two months now, so it's been peaceful... No fights and that kind of stuff, so I'm hoping that it'll be better, when I see her in a couple of weeks, but I doubt it though..

Give it time, it usually doesn't happen overnight. But maybe in a few years?
