And I'd like to know why I get mostly fertility potion results when I search for infertility? Sometimes these searches work rather strange ...
In any case, thanks for your help! Maybe the story is actually gone ... but it annoys me because I think it was from some author I have read more stories from, so I should be able to find it by way of my favourites - if not the stories, then their authors. But nothing so far.
Anyway, going to bed now, too tired to stay up any longer. Good night!

Haven't read it yet, but the summary certainly goes into the same direction. Though the one I tried to find again started when they left the Shrieking Shack in PoA, that much I remember for certain.

The one I was talking about originally was during ootp just after Harry was brought to the order's headquarters. Sirius gave Harry his own room as his heir and coaching him...

Hm ... I remember one story that went into that direction, but I can't remember how the question of Remus was handled in that one. There Sirius talked Harry into doing pensieve lessons for a much more advanced non-British degree and coached him how to handle the trial. Afterwards, he managed to cause enough of a distraction to get Harry to a healer.
Does that ring a bell? Or was the beginning just accidentally similar?

Same here, it was mostly Sirius and Harry centered, and the others mostly blocked out. So I am not sure if that's the one Jeeva was thinking of, but if so, at least I know the author and title. Otherwise, it has to be one that started similar.

Its my turn to ask for help now. Last week I read a chapter of COS on FF where Harry was attacked for not stopping the attacks. I honestly cannot remember what story it came from as I've read a few COS ones lately. Any help would be appreciated.
