I personally like them. Writers usually make them diverse with different races and subjects. I personally wish there was more. What are your thoughts?

I love them, especially the ones that also focus on the non magical subjects, I'm not so keen on the "Lets make Harry into a Weapon by sending him to the toughest schools" type.

At the moment I can only remember two stories of that type I have read, but I liked both. At least it's a fresh plot.

the one with the founders saving Harry and him having white hair is called Leaving it all behind. at least I think that's the one you were talking about. its a great story and hadn't been updated for a while but the author says that its back now and that they'll try to update as often as possible.

At the moment I am in the process of writing a short story with a different school for Harry.
