Do you think that the wedding vows they make are a magically binding contract with consequences like the unbreakable vow or are they normal ones like muggles?

I don't know, but it wouldn't surprise me if there were two different kinds. There is no mention in the books of more than the Weasley wedding in book seven, and that didn't feature the whole ceremony, just what JK wrote that Harry paid attention to, so we really can't say for sure that the vows aren't a magically binding contract, but I doubt that there isn't some magic involved.
