What are yours? I like nearly EVERY pairing. I am a very open minded person . However, my favs are as follows: - Sirius/Remus
- Gellert/Albus
- Lily/Remus
- Draco/Harry (Yes, I know it is horribly cliche...)
The only couples I DON'T like is A) Dumbles with pretty much anyone other than Gellert and MAYBE Minerva, but even then... B) Hagrid with anyone. It just strikes me a peculiar. C) Hermione and Ron. I can tolerate it and have found a few stories I like with this pairing, and I am slowly warming up too it, however I still find this couple to grate on my nerves. Even if it is Canon, it never sat right with me.

There are other threads about this very same topic, but they've been lost in amongst all the dead threads.
I like most pairings, but my faves are:-
Harry/Lucius Harry/Draco Harry/Severus Harry/Hermione
I can read Harry/Ginny and Hermione/Ron, but they are not something I would specifically look for in a story.
There are very few pairings that I wouldn't touch with a ten-foot barge-pole, but I'm not terribly keen on Hermione/Anyone other than Draco.
I can even read Harry/Voldemort and maybe Harry/Dumbledore, but only when Harry has gone back in time to when Dumbledore was younger, or similar.

As I am not into romance, I can do very well without any pairings at all and never understood the need to have pairings, even if the kids aren't even in school yet and the story won't go that far.
Anything with Snape and the Malfoys, I won't touch with a ten-foot-pole myself ;D And while I can read canon pairings, I don't believe they work well. Hermone/Harry I can read a bit better. But I like it when people go another route and pair Harry with someone else, if written well and believable.
As for slash pairings, for some reason Sirius/Remus is the only one in the HP fandom that I like. But then, I suspect some of my disinterest has to do with being too spoiled after reading some of the masters of Elfslash in the LotR fandom for years.

Personally I prefer Harry Potter fics without any pairings.
Harry Potter was such a plot driven story that the romance side was both unneeded and slap dash. I hated the parts with Cho, his relationship with Ginny was underdeveloped so it ended up coming out of nowhere and Ron and Hermione's wasn't treated with the care it needed even though I saw both relationships coming from CoS.
If I have to have pairings I do prefer them to be canon as long as they are treated with the time and respect JKR failed to give us in the books.

I love Tonks and Lupin, even if it does end terribly...
