1st year- Quirrell
2nd year- Dobby & the bludger
3rd year- Dementers
4th year- The tournament
5th year- The ban
6th year- The cracked skull
7th year- The War.

Actually I would say just the first Quidditch game of the year except the cracked skull came with Gryffindor's second game.

I think he's cursed full stop.
I once had a discussion with my brother a few years ago about his terrible luck and we came up with the theory that it was being caused by Voldemort's curse trying to finish the job. We even decided that those moments when he would instinctively know what to do to save the day were caused by Lily's protection still being at work guiding him to safety.

Interesting theory, hadn't seen it that way before. One could certainly think along these lines. Though I still think part of the problem is that his own lack of self-worth makes him always go in head first to save others - for which the Dursleys are to blame. And it helps him out that he can think quickly on his feet (contrary to Hermione). Or maybe it's a bit of both.
