Why do I have to think of the Hobbit here? I somehow doubt that thin book can be turned into a trilogy, and get the feeling they are trying to milk the franchise some more any way they can, but that's just me. In any case, for the movie fans out there, I hope they manage to do something good.

I think it's because although the book is small, the info in it is very concise and the film is about discovering the animals
