Name: Helga Hufflepuff née Bendew
Age: 30
Appearance: A plump woman of average height and red hair that she likes to wear in a bun. She wears long dresses and loves to wear her chosen house colors of black and yellow.
Gender: female
Sexuality: straight
If Wizard, then blood-type: pure blood
Occupation: Teacher at Hogwarts and a founder of the school.
Family History: She is born to a noble family in Wales and spent her childhood in the kitchen despite her mother's protest. She married at the age of 17 and her husband died when she was 29. They had no children as Helga was barren. She hopes to take on an apprentis to share her history and skills with.
Abilities: she is excellent with food charms and loves to cook.
Personality: Helga
Other: she firmly believes that everyone deserves a change to learn and in a good work ethic which is why she teaches students that the other founders will not. She also believes that muggle born children should learn how to control their magic. She chose black and yellow because she likes honey bees. She chose a digging badger as her house symbol because a digging badger is a symbol for magic in Celtic tradition. It also symbolizes strong will.
