Has anyone read You don't mess with the Dumbledore's by Leia Rayn Storm?
If so then is it only me who seems to be thinking of Albus, Minerva, Poppy & Rolanda as well the same as Harry Potter? It made more sense in my head but the relationship between Albus & Minerva is similar to Tonks & Remus, age & discrimination, I know that Albus isn't a Werewolf but he is a teacher and the relationship would be frowned upon for that. Minerva could be Harry with 2 female friends rather than 1 male and 1 female.

I hadn't but I had a look at it.
As haphazard and somewhat insulting as the reveal of Dumbledore as gay was in terms of representation, I seriously side-eye anyone who - posting after the reveal - chooses to handwave the only canon gay character we have.
I also tend to side-eye teacher/student relationships. Yes there was an age difference between Remus and Tonks, but the fact remains that when they started a relationship they were both independent adults and Remus wasn't in a position of power over Tonks. Teacher/student relationships are 'frowned on' (by which you mean illegal) for a very good reason since they involve a huge power differential.
And I have to admit, much like Life Changed III (the one where James and Lily have about 20 children) I really can't see Minerva McGonagall having sixteen kids.
I don't see much of a similarity between the Trio and Minerva, Poppy and Rolanda - if only because the fic seems mostly focused on the war and the Albus/Minerva dynamic.
