I was working on chapter 15 when I got a review that said I was copywriting and if I didn't fix it, the story would be deleted and I would be reported. 
So i sent a message back asking what was I doing wrong exactly and this was sent back:
Copyrighted material is not allowed under the guidelines. Remove the rule-breaking material or you will be reported.
This is not to say you have to take down the entire story, just the parts that break the rules.
And the "someone" who has been removing those stories would be the admins of the website. The ones who enforce the rules. Hint hint.

I also got another message that said:
Copyrighted material not in the public domain is breaking the rules. You have entire chapters of a book in your story. And I know what copyright laws say, but that is irrelevant. The rules of this website do not allow it, so you can't post it on here.
It is perfectly legal to walk down the street in a bathing suit. It harms no one. But in public schools, the dress code says no, so you are not allowed to do it. Breaking the rules here is the exact same thing. While perfectly legal in other places, this website says you can't do it here, and thus you are not allowed.
I said I had a disclaimer and ArcticPuppet was like: Disclaimers don't excuse you from the rules. If they did, the rule would say "you may only use this content if you write a disclaimer"
I had enough at this point and got mad and said I was going to take the 'Character reads' stories to avoid the unnecessary headache this... person, was giving me.
Then I got another message that said I could summarize the story and change it word for word.
I was like seriously? If I did that then the story I'm writing wouldn't be the same.
So here I am today on readingthehpbooks proboard, thanks to Point Given.
