HELP!

I can't get on my FFNET profile. I go to login and I do the whole login process but when I submit it, it starts to go to my account, but then says I didn't login and that I need to login in to view the account page!

Did my profile get deleted? Is it just me that this is happening to?

Do you use the same name there as here? Just tried to get to your profile, but the name isn't turning up, just Mountaingirl47 and Mountaingirl74.

Edit: After seeing the post above, I tried the correct name - for me, the profile turns up, so it is at least still there, as are 4 stories.

Maybe try to close the browser and restart it, sometimes that helps when they act up?

I just tried, but I can't login either.

Perhaps they are having a server problem again?

I can get to your page just fine here on my computer. Maybe they locked the account down for a while? Other than that, it could be because of the updates are screwing with the site.

But I am logged in and can still access my PM. Hm, let me test something ... no, just logged out and back in, and it worked.

On the other hand, I am in Germany, my account might run over a different server, I don't know much about that sort of thing.

I logged in just fine this morning and have no problem signing in to my account. The weird thing is that I logged out yesterday than signed in just after that. Yet I had to sign in again today even when I checked the "keep me signed in for 7 days" tab.

I also can't log in on my computer, but I can on my iPod touch. Perhaps something's wrong with the main site, but not the mobile.

I had that too, but only occasionally.

Right now, nothing's working. I'm in Germany, too, so that can't be the problem. I figure, it's just all the updates and changes on the side playing up.

I'm in England, and I can log in with no problems. It's probably just a random glitch, and they usually fix those fairly quickly.

Don't see anyone else gripping about this problem on facebook. Usually there are a ton of people complaining on both of the ff.net facebook pages if an issue like this happens. Maybe it is just a random thing?

Yes, well. I'll just try again tomorrow. There's a good chance the problem will have been solved by then.
And if not, they are going to get one striking email from me, too.

Hopefully they will get to read that mail before next year. What do you guess how many mails they are getting since the purge started? I'd imagine it are a good few. Probably the problem is solved long before they get to your mail But good luck, I hope tomorrow things are back to normal.

This is really weird, but I can get onto the regular version through my iPod. I'm saving all the half-written chapters from there currently.

I had that issue earlier as well. I had to clear my browser history and cookies before it would let me log in again.

I've deleted my history and cookies, nothing. Didn't do squat. I can get on, on my phone but it won't let me see my stories, just my favorites.

Had to sign in again for some reason but it went right on through. Heck, I think that is the third time I have signed in for the past 24 hours.

I'm shocked! Just got a reply saying they "just made a change to resolve some login issues" and to "try again". It works now! I don't know what I'm more shocked about, the fact that they actually read my email or that they replied.

I would go with the reply. I am still waiting for one from 4 months ago when the log in was screwed up for three days. Count your blessings because this will probably be a rare occurrence for you. I know a good amount of people wo are still waiting for a reply from three years ago.
