I like how you're having Harry trying to put off certain things... shows that he's still a bit secretive. I've been enjoying this version, though I do have a few questions:
Is Harry dating Ginny in the future? Or engaged/married? And if so, is he purposely trying not to react to Cho's and Ginny's mentions and all?
Are you typing from the book? Or are you copying the stuff? Because I noticed a couple spelling mistakes in the bolded area, like Katie Bell written as Kade Bell.
Finally, we're not going to read the epilogue, are we?

its only two years after the battle so harry and ginny are only dating at the moment, honestly i just forgot about older harry's reactions to those parts but ill put them in for further chapters, especially the date chapter. Yeah im getting the chapters off the internet and i try to fix all of the mistakes but i must have missed a couple.
As for the epilogue, there will be one but it wont be the one from the book, itll be the people from the future going back and seeing the changes they made. After that im doing a story on how the changes were made and what happens after the people from the future leave

I'm pretty sure by two years (in my mind, Harry and Ginny marry within three years of the fall of Voldemort) that they're pretty serious about things... and future Ginny knows a lot more than she used to. Since she's not there, that won't matter. Also, probably not excluded as well. Eh.

Yeah, things will definitely be different after this. How serious are you having the future couples so we can gauge their reactions accurately?

for this story its only going the be the beginning of each relationship because ive sent it out so they are reading for around three weeks (i wrote the exact timing for everything somewhere but i cant find it at the moment) and that isnt enough time for a relationship to realistcally develop, Sirius and Emmeline's relationship i think will be the most serious during the reading because they have a history and were set to get married during the first war and whatever and they will be together by the end of this book, as for the others i havent decided on Remus and Tonks cause im not sure when i should do them, Harry and Ginny im waiting for at least after the chapter with Harry's date for Harry to start noticing Ginny and im holding out with Ron and Hermione until the last book. Im not sure about Fred and Luna either so if you have any ideas id love to hear them....i hope this helps

Er. No. I meant the future from where Harry and Ron came from. Haha.

But... well, I don't think Fred and Luna should really notice each other that way till after his death. But only if you want to do Fred/Luna. And yeah, hold off on the kids... they need to sort out both their current feelings and what the books say will happen (plus whatever future Ron and Harry says). Also, perhaps future Harry can secretly give Ginny the earlier books or something? Or advice. At least Ron and Hermione at this point can sort out their feelings better at this point. Well, maybe.

Sirius and Emmeline (Er, do we have the right name here?) should talk about things after they finish the current book. Remus and Tonks... well, they should get tense and stuff for all the books, and Remus gets many talking to by everyone at various points in the final book.

oh um i worked it out so all of the characters that are alive are dating at the moment because harry and ginny dont have james until they are 24/25 so they would get engaged when they are around 20 was what i worked out and the same goes for ron and hermione. plus it gives them time after the war to adjust and really get to know each other.

Yeah, also, I think they would be married for awhile before having James too. I guess this is one of those things that are more or less inferred differently by the readers, as there is too much unknown here.

Great chapter, I loved when you had Sirius call older Harry over to see the scars. I also hope they see some of the scars he gets at laters points like the oval one from the lcket. I really like seeing their concern for not just current Harry but for future Harry too. Can't wait for the next update.

I kind of know how that feels. My mom's uncle died two summers ago and we were quite close to him. It helps to remember that you can always remember the happy times.

okay guys while i havent completely decided whether or not im continuing my story im tossing up between posting on yourfanfiction or just emailing you guys the chapters...what do you think??

I know it sounds like a cop out but I think you should do whatever you find easiest. Personally, I'd go with yourfanfiction - setting up a mailing list is more complicated than it sounds, plus if someone asks to be added three chapters down the line, you then have to go back and email them those chapters, whereas on yourfanfiction, there's no time limit.

thats what i was thinking if i do keep writing it....its just really upsetting to have ur story keep on being deleted but then people want me to keep going and i dont want to be one of those writers that just gives up half way through...

I can imagine - one of my stories was deleted off FFNet as well, but mine was already completed, so I can only imagine how frustrating it must be when you're only part way through!

I would post what you have and decide whether your going to continue afterwards. That way people can at least enjoy what you have written and you won't have to put up with people flooding your email with demands for more if you decide not to finish it.

okay guys i know i said id keep this story going but im really not feeling it at the moment....so im going to start the process of editing my story and if im still not feeling it then im not going to continue it...sorry

p.s. does anybody know another site where i could post my story if i do because i was thinking yourfanfiction but i dont like how you have to chop out most of the sentences
