It is more sensible, you can't stop teens from having sex, you can just give them information on how to avoid further problems. Acting like it doesn't exist leads to idiots turning up on tv in shows like 'Sixteen and Pregnant" and "Teen Mom". Not to mention getting STIs anx that kind of thing.
And Pinky, I want to tell you off, but considering I know where to go as well... ;D

Just picture it, Carebears carrying machetes and machine guns, wearing sunglasses as they cut through the eternal flames of hell while riding My Little Ponies and being led by Power Puff Girls who rain down the carcasses of Mercury....
