If she does confess her crimes, even they will most likely execute her on the spot. At least they will have tortured her with their lectures beforehand  |

Well he never said we couldn't use them ever again. He mentioned that if ww felt the experience was "Truly terrifying and scarring, Rachel miss, then obliviate will do just the trick!"
I think he just meant for us to use it in moderation

I'm good now!! While trying to force my siblings to bow down before me, I fell on my face, down a flight of stairs. That brought me back to my senses, but it also gave me a broken rib. *Laughs wheezily* Serves me right for catching Umbitch-itis. And besides I can heal myself. *Points wand at chest* Episke! Ahh!
