Going with one of my posts in the Umbridge thread......put him (no Horcruxes) in a room with a pissed off Gibbs, Ziva and Abby.
Gibbs and Ziva will do the killing, Abby will clean up so her friends won't get arrested for murdering a 77 year old snakeman.
