I thought Id make this thread so that people can tell us just where they are going, that way we can all find each other again.
We're being fun away again....not fun and equally difficult to find...sigh...Im gonna miss this place, Oh I'll come back, this is the most time I spent on ANY media sites, thats including my gaia acct.! so if everyone could use this to find each other...and Im was just about to really start thinking about doing a rtb fic! No really, Im thinking about doing one! encouragement?\\

I'm going to be moving to yourfanfiction once I get some of my earliest chapters edited. I'll still be under the name Dimcairien there and I've already made an account.
Oh, and I'll still be hanging around here in the general section, no need to worry about that.

Thanks guys! This is really helpful, and it means a LOT to me, all I really do is read the stories I have, I've been using a downloader because I dont have a lot of time to be on the net, so I save them, I have a LOT of saved stories right now, and I enjoy the updates so when something like this happens its hard, and I miss just being able to go to ONE site, and getting my updates...sigh... but I have to be optimistic, maybe we can make an update thread where when someone updates they put the link to it or just say Hey! I've updated! I think that would work too,

Also, thought you might like to know, I do have a facebook acct. Im Washu Tsukino on there so yeah, I dont check as often but I think I will now just to see if anyones on....I dont get on line as much during the day, not much time really.

I'm hanging around here on the general boards, but I haven't decided what I'm going to do with the stories I'm in the middle of writing.
If there is going to be a board showing summaries, when my story/stories is/are ready, I'll stick the summary/summaries there. As I said, I still haven't worked out what I'm going to do about getting my story out to any possible readers.

Well, I'll still be coming here in the general section and once I actually get the first chapter finished, I'll be posting my fic on my fic community at LJ. I also opened an account at yourfanfiction and I've already got an account at Archive of Our Own. Both AO3 and yourfanfiction accounts are under IceBlueRose and my fic comm on LJ is passionrulesall. I'll definitely be PMing people so I can follow their stories too once I figure out what email I want to use. |

Well, on the bright side, when I first applied to AO3, the ETA for my invite was October 10 or something like that, now it's Aug. 10, so they are going out more quickly than they say.

This is quickly getting tedious.
What needs to be done is to have one of us who is moderately skilled at programming create a RtB website FROM SCRATCH. That way, there can be no worry about fics being deleted.
While Point's idea to set up a ProBoard area for RtB stories was admittedly ingenious, it still is a slave to the site as a whole.

Look at YFF, they just started their site and it's still getting updates and work done, and it's been two months. I think we're lucky Point made even these boards for us. At least we still have the general if not the stories...
