Shugo Chara made a few filler episode just when Ikuto came to Amu's house. So not cool.
Anyway, I read the latest chapter of Naruto. I can't believe Madara (the real, dead one) is still alive after t he Edo Tensei was released. And can you believe how ugly Kabuto became? He's really obsessed with becoming "someone" too. I never liked him - from the beginning I found him to be a sneaky kind of guy. Who would help their rivals in the chuunin exams anyway?

Lol! I never liked him much either. And yeah, he looked super creepy at the end there. I half expected him to snap out of it actually. I'm still waiting for that to happen.
The whole Madara thing is ridiculous. Of COURSE he found a way to stay in an undying body with unlimited chakra when he should have disappeared with all the other 'zombies'. That's just what the enemy does.
Who do you think is Tobi then? The one under the mask? I've always believed it was Obito, even when people thought it was Madara.

Pokemon is probably my all-time favorite. I played all the games, watched all the movies, and still own them to this day. I've even kept my copies of pokemon Red, Blue and Yellow...even though they glitch from time to time. Only thing is that I loathe the new anime series. I do enjoy re-watching the older episodes, though.  Same here! I find it hard to read any fanfiction for anime I watched as a kid because people use their japanese names and I can't connect all that well with the character when the name doesn't click in my head. OMG! Vampire Knight! Forgot about that one! Go Zero indeed! I can't stand Téa, but that might be because she gets bashed a lot in Yugioh the Abridged Series by Little Kuriboh (anyone else follow that?)! My favourite characters are Duke Devlin, Seto Kaiba, Yami Yugi, Marik and Bakura. Ugh! I hated Tea even before Little Kuriboh! I get friendship is important but she doesn't have to keep reiterating it! I like Pegasus, Kaiba (douche but understandable) Yugi (second most glompable character next to Momiji Sohma) Jou, and Mai |

I'm an enthusiastic manga reader and not a big fan of anime. I often think that especially the fight scenes in anime are too drawn out. Therefore I like AMVs more than anime.
The Manga I like best are certainly One Piece, Claymore, Liar Game, Psyren, Kekkaishi, Eyeshield 21, Peacemaker, Baby Steps and Until Death Do Us Part.

Madara also "Definitely died" according to Konoha. I have always thought the names were a little too similar so that would be the obvious choice. But I still think it's a possibility. Well whoever Tobi is I don't think I will like the solution very much. My opinion on Naruto is steadily going down the more the story progresses.

What ships do people support in that series? Because I can't see him ending up with anyone. Especially not Sakura, she treated him like shit. She really pissed me off when she said she'd changed her mind and loved him and not Sasuke when she was trying to get him to stay behind while she went to challenge Sasuke. Did she think that was an okay thing to do? I'm so glad he told her off for doing that and didn't take it all jovially.
Hinata I don't much like, not really sure why but she's just too quiet and that annoys me. I think their relationship would probably be very sweet but it would be a bit too calm. I can see him being worried about doing anything to upset her and them never having arguments, even if there is something about the other that they don't like. I think they'd both be so relieved to be in a relationship with someone who (for Hinata) is the one they've loved and idolised since they were children or (for Naruto) someone who actually loves them for them and always has done and wouldn't expect them to change.
I don't like the idea of him in a relationship like that. I think it's healthy to have a spat sometimes but nothing huge. And I see Naruto with a loud, confident girl who could keep him in line (sexy jutsu overuse?) but give him a lot of love.

Well I started the series as a huge Hinata and Naruto fan but I haven't read any fanfics in a long time because the manga is so difficult to incorporate into a story. But I continue to follow some of the fics I started years ago.

I'm not keen on the powers. It's getting a bit ridiculous in the latest chapters. I won't saying anything in case you're not up to date with the manga but... yeah. The bad guys seem to have unlimited techniques in their arsenal while the good guys get tired way too quickly, then miraculously get some motivation and somehow find this inner power and use a jutsu that shoudn't be possible. It's not so much a criticism to Naruto as it is to pretty much everything that includes supernatural powers and good vs. evil. |

yes it is getting ridiculous but I really liked the sage techniques (at least the idea but not when it was taught and how it was used) and well all powers before the timeskip were great. And like I said I really enjoyed Pain and his powers although the power level between the bodies could have been better.

I'm really liking this new relationship between the nine-tails and Naruto though. And to tell the truth, I haven't really shipped Naruto with anyone yet... though I would ship him with Sakura if she wasn't such a b**** to him most of the time. Or if he was gay, I would definitively ship him with either Gaara or Sasuke. XD |

Well I like the relation with the kyuubi too I just don't understand why it suddenly happens like that and why Jiraiya didn't try to achieve the same thing during the timeskip.

I love the new relationship with Kurama (love hat he has a name too). Naruto's just such a sweet person.
They're just about my favourite guys to pair him with! Actually, I used to love him with Sasuke but he's gone too mental to every redeem himself in my eyes. He's just getting ridiculous with his hatred. But Naruto with Gaara would be amazingly cute.
Do you watch the anime? If so, do you watch it in Japanese or in English? When I first got into it I watched it in English all the way up to the first 10 episodes of Shippuuden (everything that was out at the time I started watching it) and then I got tired of waiting for the next dubbed episodes so started watching it in Japanese and now I can't stand watching anything in English dubs except the things I grew up with like Pokemon and Yugioh.

I got back into anime because I missed the sound of the Japanese language. I love listening to it even if I don't understand it.
Every time I watch an anime in Japanese I always watch the first episode again but in English, just to see how well it was dubbed and if they sound annoying. Like with Ouran High School Host Club. Can't stand that in English.

I always watch animes in Japanese. I hate the way they do dubs and the way they pronounce names in the dubs. Miroku and Kagome anyone? Yeah, I think Gaara is cute too! And the way he's learned how to show emotions is very touching to me. About Sasuke: I still belive that he will come to Naruto's help and decide not to take revenge on the village. I especially loved the latest chapter in which Itachi finally got released from the Edo Tensei. "I'll always love you." was the most touching thing I ever read in this manga. I love Itachi. I've only watched the first series up to episode 130 but then I decided to download them all - I'm still waiting for the opportune moment to watch the first series. I'm waiting for the 2nd series to finish airing completely before I go and watch that. I'm a marathon kinda gal. I always watch anime (even the new anime) when it's finished. I download it to my PC and then marathon-watch it. That way I don't have to feel frustrated with waiting until the next episode comes out. Weird, huh? XD |

I marathoned it up until the first 10 episodes of Shippuden (took me maybe a week to watch it all? It was almost non-stop with very little sleep) but I couldn't do that anymore. I have work and stuff, and things I watch on tv with my family and now with a new puppy... I have to settle for watching it one episode a week. I don't realy mind doing that all that much though. I prefer to read fanfiction most of the time anyway.
Gaara's story and friendship with Naruto is VERY cute.
I agree that Sasuke will change his mind at like the last second or something but after everything he's done, it's just a little too late for me.
I wish Itachi didn't die! He was always one of my favourite characters, even when I thought he was a true traitor. That chapter ALMOST got me to cry.

Yes he annoys me too with all his villain changing and not focusing on the original Konoha Ninjas. He just hasn't got the talent to make you go along with one specific group of people and seeing how they develop. He always needs to introduce or reintroduce characters to make the story continue.
